Fireworks fly and boom at dusk.
Put your running shoes on and participate in the Annawan Fun Run “5K”, where you will be greeted with a hand or knuckle wave of hello. Have breakfast and peruse the craft show featured at Sacred Heart Hall. Basketball enthusiasts attend or watch the three on three tournaments, learn what Rolle Bolle is during the annual competition at Howe’s Park. Head back downtown for the kid’s fun park, food, exotic animals, antique tractor display, kiddie tractor pull, and coed bags tournament. The Fun Day Parade is a must-see!
Finish off the day at the Annawan-Alba Woman’s Club Annual Pie Auction at Howe’s Park. Enjoy a slice of pie, and purchase a pie or two to take home with you from the annual auction. Travel the back roads to Annawan, IL and partake in a rural American tradition with spirit!
