The legion-sized ball diamond, known as Pizza Hut Field, is located at the front entrance of the park. Two softball diamonds and 2 pee-wee sized diamonds are found further into the park. The soccer fields are in the same area as the pee-wee diamonds. A large playground area can be found near the south softball diamond. At the heart of the park is the Oasis Family Aquatic Center. Surrounding the swimming pool area are the tennis courts and the 2 half court basketball areas. A snack bar is available for swimmers and park attendees alike during the late spring and summer season.
Timber Campground offers Outdoor Relaxation
At Timber Campground, Cambridge, Illinois, you can walk among the trees, hear and see the birds singing in the 50-acre wooded campground. Drop a line into the 5-acre spring-fed stocked lake (catfish, bass and bluegill). Relax on the beach and cool off with a swim.
