Jacobson’s Bakery is a small-town business, self-serve!   Wander in to select from tables with neat rows of paper sacks of rusk based the night before. Choose plain or cinnamon. Other bakery items featured are coffee cakes and bread.  Pay is an honor system, look for the hand-lettered sign by the counter for payment.

PL Damron’s Bakery Cafe – Homemade Goodness!

Follow the crowd to PL Damron’s Bakery Cafe and dine in a beautifully preserved historic building where everything is homemade from the soups to the entrees. PL Damron’s Cafe is known for its fresh baked bread, bakery treats (try the cinnamon and caramel rolls!), and pies. Barbecue is a house specialty with pulled pork, pulled rib, beef, and chicken served in a special barbecue sauce.

Wednesday through Saturday breakfasts are served featuring homemade sweet rolls, jams, breads, and quiche. Tuesday and Thursday evening specials just like grandma made. Friday call you can eat chicken buffet.

“The Scoop” Ice Cream hand scooped ice cream vanilla bean, chocolate, strawberry, chocolate chip cookie dough, rainbow sherbert, salted caramel, mint chocolate chip and cookies & cream.
