Where Agriculture, Business & Education Come Together – Cambridge

Cambridge, located on the western edge of Henry County on IL Highway 81 and 82, is the county seat.  Visitors are welcomed to experience rich agriculture vistas and historic architecture.

Visit the Henry County Courthouse and you’ll be amazed – it was built in 1843. Walk across the street and head east for a block to the  1928 Gruey Memorial Library. Continue east to the revitalized downtown business district, home to the Heritage Village Park.

Summertime offers the Henry County Fair and village festivals.

Enjoy bicycling? Bike the northern tier of the ACA through the western Illinois flatland, then stay at The Timber Campground just east of Cambridge. Happy Pedaling!

Annual Events:

  • More Fun on 81
  • Car Fest Show
