Bishop Hill Dairy Building Grand Room
The dairy building, a pre-Civil War structure, is a unique setting for reunions, small weddings, or for church and school groups to utilize while visiting Bishop Hill.
Windows align the east and west side of the Grand Room conference space which has been restored to a large workshop/classroom area that will seat fifty comfortably. Adjoining the Grand Room is a coffee bar room for additional display area and food service capabilities.
The first floor of the 1855 Dairy Building is again available to rent for your events. The first floor consists of two areas – the Creamery and the Bucket Room. The Creamery is 624 square feet, has a Colony Dairy display, and holds 50-75 people seated. The Bucket Room is 384 square feet, and contains a restroom and a coffee bar for serving food and other items. Together, these areas make up a great setting for any meeting, workshop, reception, birthday party, or other event.
